We are proud to be 10-years old. We have seen over a thousand clients who struggle with their weight, eating, health and body.
This valuable experience informs, and helps us refine, our skills and the treatment interventions we offer our clients.
We believe effective treatment comes from understanding our clients, and from ensuring as practitioners we understand the specific nuances and complexities of the multitude of presentations of disordered eating, eating disorders, obesity and other health conditions that you may present with.
Experience has taught us that education and ongoing learning is essential as a practitioner working in this field. We provide extensive in-house training and CPD for our team, as we aspire to offer you the best treatment we can. We value listening to you, understanding your struggles and needs, and tailoring our treatment so that you receive the best support and care we can offer.
Many of our clients have a disruptive relationship with food as a way of coping with their lives. We will support you in creating a healthier relationship with food and eating.
We integrate professionalism, warmth and excellent customer service. We hope you are getting the picture about who we are, and how we work.
Please get in touch - we look forward to meeting you.
We help you balance and feel in control of your eating behaviour, while supporting you to make the deeper change necessary for a healthy relationship with weight, food, eating and your body.
Our Wigmore Street Practice is based in Central London, near Oxford circus, and our City Practice is located near Monument Station tube station and are available throughout the day from 730am to 9pm weekdays, and between 9am and 6pm on Saturdays.
We work with clients across the UK, and around the world, using Skype and FaceTime. No need to travel, and feeling comfortable in your own home, are two great advantages of using Skype and FaceTime.
It is free to set up and simple to use - so why not give it a try? Some of our clients combine remote work with an initial longer Breakthrough Day, which gives you a chance to meet your therapist before continuing with remote sessions.
