James Lamper
James has an extensive background of over 20 years experience in the fields of psychology, fitness and nutrition. Whilst training fitness instructors at both national and international levels, James completed a BSc Psychchology before training as a Psychosynthesis Therapist and a Life Coach. His pursuit of excellence in the field off weight management followed with courses in nutrition, weight management coaching and specialised areas such as obesity and eating disorders. James is a popular media contributor with regular magazine articles and TV appearances, and is respected as one of the UK’s leading weight management experts.
Nutritional Therapy
Jessica Andersson
Jessica Andersson BSc (HONS) is a qualified nutritional therapist. She is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC). She has a particular interest in weight management and understands the importance of working very closely with her patients to achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle, that can be easily managed.
Dietician
Helen West
Helen West qualified as a dietitian in 1996 with an honours degree in human nutrition and dietetics (BSc Hons), an accreditation in Sports Nutrition in 1997 and a diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy 2001, followed by a MSc in the psychological approaches to health and management in 2006.
Helen has worked both as a NHS clinical dietitian, and in private practice, for the past 12 years. She has extensive expertise working with obesity and diabetes, and has a particular interest in gut related disorders such as irritable bowel, crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and coeliac disease. In addition Helen has experience working with high cholesterol and malnutrition, weight gain with cancer, and re-feeding for eating disorders.
