My battle with my weight started from an early age, which resulted in me becoming extremely obese. I had tried many diets before and was told by my GP that the only way I can lose weight is to change my lifestyle, which sounded like an unfamiliar concept to me.
In a way I had completely given up hope on losing weight until I met James and started the eating therapy sessions.
James made me aware of the underlying facts that led me to eat inappropriately. He is very patient, and whilst monitoring my food diary he gave me time to adjust to new food and behaviour changes at my own pace.
I have lost 20 kg so far. I feel motivated and inspired and have started to quickly build up my inner confidence.
