Save the date: Shrink launch event on 15th February 2014

At the beginning of the year we usually choose  to detox after the excesses of the festive season.

While it is a good idea to return to a more balanced diet, is a very restrictive diet really going to make a difference in the long term?

The start of the year is often linked with new year’s resolutions, so why not think of ways to make living healthily more realistic instead of using a feast and famine mentality?

Here at Weightmatters we will be launching a new weight loss and weight management programme called Shrink on 15th February 2014 to help you achieve your health goals. We will focus on your feelings and your objectives and support you along your way.

Make sure you come back to the Weightmatters website soon for further announcements.
