Body image and airbrushing: a must see

Comment:

Don't believe what you see in the media. Those perfect images are pure fantasy, created by the skilled hands of re-touchers.

Perfect bodies, perfect skin, perfect faces can be manufactured with the stroke of a brush, so why compare ourselves to what we see in a magazine?

With so many people suffering from body dysmorphia, suffering in silence and feeling unloved and uncared because others don't understand their pain, media pressures to aspire for an impossible ideal of beauty are unnecessary.
