Autumnal Eating

I recently wrote an article locally on autumn. My daughter loves knits and coats so this is a great time for her. It's the way she sees now.

Clementines for winter under the Christmas tree, cloves and winter mixture smells. Toffee apples, pumpkins etc. Soups and stews. Eating in season is healthy.

This article looks at some seasonal super foods. Happy autumnal eating.
